This is a really easy, pretty and super yummy smoothie! Here is what you need:
2 cups of water
2 cups of spinach
1/2 to 1 Cup of blueberries
1 banana
Some Raspberries
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
Note: If you are not using a high speed blender, like a Vitamix or Blendec just make sure to add the spinach and chia seeds first and blend for about one minute, then add the rest of the ingredients and finish up blending.
