When it comes to breakfast I believe that everyone is different. I’ve met so many people who believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and there are many studies that show that eating breakfast can help you stay slim and healthy. On the other hand, there are some experts that believe that skipping breakfast is actually good for your body as long as you drink water in the morning. Whatever your preference is I do believe that the first meal of your day should be something nutritious and hydrating.
Fresh fruit, smoothies, and smoothie bowls are perfect for breakfast and they can pack a lot of nutrients to help you start the day right. That is why I decided to start “The Healthy Breakfast Series” to share some of my go-to breakfast smoothie recipes that we love at home.

First Smoothie in the series is this Sweet Sunshine Smoothie
Here is what you need:
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp Acai Powder
Method: Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and enjoy!
