Mexican Salsa!

Hi guys,

Happy Cinco de Mayo!!  No, it is not the Mexican Independence Day as  you probably know by now :), however, it is a day where Mexican heritage and culture is celebrated in the US. and  what better way to celebrate than with a really good, and easy Mexican Salsa!

This recipe is super easy, you only need 5 ingredients, and it is super delicious!! I make it at home very often and we love it!

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/4 of large red onion
  • 1 Jalapeno (seeded) – add more jalapenos if you like your salsa really HOT!
  • Bunch of Cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
