Coconut Pineapple Smoothie

Hi guys!

Back to blending this week! I had a couple of coconuts in my fridge and decided to incorporate them into my smoothie today!  I hope you like it!

Here is what you will need to make this delicious drink:

  • 2 cups of coconut water (or regular if you don’t have coconut)
  • 2 cups of Kale
  • 1 cup of pineapple (about a half of a pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut meat
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries

Ingredientes (Spanish):

  • 2 tazas de agua de coco o agua regular
  • 2 tazas de Col Rizada
  • 1 taza de piña picada
  • 1/2 taza de coco fresco
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1/2 taza de fresas congeladas o frescas


Blend it all together and Enjoy!

Mezcla todos los ingredientes en tu licuadora y Disfruta de tu bebida super saludable!
