Back to blending this week! I had a couple of coconuts in my fridge and decided to incorporate them into my smoothie today! I hope you like it!
Here is what you will need to make this delicious drink:
- 2 cups of coconut water (or regular if you don’t have coconut)
- 2 cups of Kale
- 1 cup of pineapple (about a half of a pineapple)
- 1/2 cup of coconut meat
- 2 Kiwis
- 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
Ingredientes (Spanish):
- 2 tazas de agua de coco o agua regular
- 2 tazas de Col Rizada
- 1 taza de piña picada
- 1/2 taza de coco fresco
- 2 Kiwis
- 1/2 taza de fresas congeladas o frescas
Blend it all together and Enjoy!
Mezcla todos los ingredientes en tu licuadora y Disfruta de tu bebida super saludable!
