If you want to try a smoothie that will help you detox and lose weight, then this is the smoothie for you!
Papayas are a tropical fruit but are available to us most of the year here in the US. This is a very common fruit in Mexico and it is becoming more popular in the US. It is a super powerful fruit because it is loaded with powerful antioxidants, it has anti-cancer properties, it helps to improve your digestion and protects against inflammation!! just to name a few of the benefits of eating papaya!
Here is what you will need:
- 2 cups of Coconut Water (or water if you prefer)
- 2 cups of papaya (about half of a papaya)
- 2 cups of pineapple
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 cup of spinach
- Juice of half of a lemon
Blend it all together and Enjoy!!
