“Paradise Smoothie”

Smoothie of the Day!  “Paradise Smoothie”  This smoothie is full of nutrients, vitamins and fiber!

Here is what you need:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of Kale (great source of fiber and protein)
  • 1 cup of Mango
  • 1 cup of Pineapple (great source of vitamin C and minerals)
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • Juice of half a lemon

Blend it all together and Enjoy a little bit of paradise in a cup!


Note: this smoothie makes 3 full servings so feel free to share it with your family!!
