Smoothie of the Day! “Paradise Smoothie” This smoothie is full of nutrients, vitamins and fiber!
Here is what you need:
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of Kale (great source of fiber and protein)
- 1 cup of Mango
- 1 cup of Pineapple (great source of vitamin C and minerals)
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- Juice of half a lemon
Blend it all together and Enjoy a little bit of paradise in a cup!
