This is the best way to make sure you or your kids have a healthy and hearty breakfast on the go! Here is how I do them but feel free to add any ingredients you like in your oatmeal:
1 cup of Almond Milk (or regular milk if you prefer)
1 cup of old fashion rolled oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (or any other protein you like)
1 tablespoon of Coconut sugar (or regular sugar if you prefer)
Raisins (as many as you like)
Cinnamon
*Start by adding the Milk first, then add the oats, then add the rest of ingredients, mix and put in the fridge overnight!
That easy! make sure to eat them the next morning for better taste.
